I was born in Ipoh and raised in Kuala Lumpur as one of four siblings. My upbringing instilled in me the values of humility, perseverance, diligence, and resilience. These principles not only shaped my character, but also became important beliefs that have guided me throughout my life and career.
I entered the banking industry in 2002, where I built a solid foundation in finance and developed a broad and in-depth understanding of the financial market. Over more than two decades, I have experienced different economic cycles and market changes, accumulating more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Throughout this journey, I have remained committed to helping individuals and businesses achieve stable development and sustainable growth.
In my professional career, I specialise in SME financing and risk management. Drawing on extensive practical experience and professional knowledge, I provide financing solutions tailored to the needs of businesses, helping clients manage risks effectively, overcome financial challenges, establish stronger foundations, and move towards long-term success.
My pursuit of excellence extends beyond my professional work. Over the years, I have remained committed to lifelong learning. Whether through academic studies, professional qualifications, skills development, or expanding my knowledge, I continue to seek improvement. I firmly believe that learning has no finish line, and every step of growth brings me closer to becoming a better leader, professional consultant, and mentor in life.
Beyond my professional career, I am also actively involved in community service through non-governmental organisations, including Lions Clubs International, women’s organisations, and other community groups. I have come to believe that true success is not defined by how much we possess, but by how much value we are able to create for others. Through serving society, caring for the community, and supporting charitable causes, I hope to contribute what I can, create a positive and lasting impact, and work alongside like-minded people to build a society filled with greater compassion, hope, and opportunity.
My mission in life has always remained the same: to create value, inspire others, and help shape a better future. Whether I am serving clients, nurturing future leaders, or giving back to society, I hope to leave a positive and meaningful impact on every person I meet, every organisation I work with, and every community I serve.
I believe that the true measure of achievement in life is not how much wealth we accumulate, but whether we can leave behind values and hope worth passing on through integrity, dedication, and service.
