Meme Lian believes that every form of protection should become an extension of love.
Growing up in an ordinary family, Meme was deeply influenced by her parents from a young age. They taught her to be honest, kind and sincere. Although her childhood was not filled with dramatic ups and downs, her parents helped her understand an important truth: there are no shortcuts to success in life. Only by staying grounded, working hard and persevering can we create a future that truly belongs to us.
As a child, she was independent and sincere. Although she was not particularly outgoing, she always carried strong convictions within her. What she longed for most while growing up was a sense of security and encouragement. This eventually inspired a wish in her heart — that one day, she could become someone who gives others confidence, protects their happiness and brings reassurance into their lives.
In the early stages of entrepreneurship, Meme experienced difficult periods in her career. She faced performance pressure, financial pressure and moments when she questioned whether she had made the right choice. What hurt most was not the hardship of work itself, but the fear of disappointing her family and wondering whether all her efforts would ultimately lead nowhere.
Yet she continued to believe that complaining would never change her life; only action could change her destiny. It was this conviction that helped her break through challenges again and again, grow through adversity, and develop resilience and perseverance.
Later, she chose to enter the insurance industry and discovered that it was far more than simply a career. It carried an important mission — protecting families and businesses from risks. She often says, “What I sell is not insurance, but peace of mind, responsibility, and protection for the future.” To her, behind every insurance policy is a family’s happiness, a responsibility being carried, and an extension of love.
When serving her clients, she remains committed to professionalism, integrity and genuine care. She does not rush to close a deal. Instead, she patiently listens to each client’s needs and provides protection planning that truly suits them. She believes that real success is not measured by how many policies are sold, but by using her expertise to help more families gain peace of mind, help more businesses establish stable risk protection, and create greater possibilities for the future.
Throughout her journey, Meme has continued learning and growing. She has transformed from someone who once worked hard to prove herself into someone who now hopes to empower and support others. Today, she treasures her health, family and team even more. She believes that a truly outstanding woman possesses not only a career, but also the wisdom to think independently, the willingness to keep learning, and the courage to move forward despite difficulties.
