I’m Lee Wei, currently the Managing Director of SPIC International College.

More than ten years ago, when I first entered the beauty industry, I was just a simple beauty consultant. At that time, I could not even perform basic hands-on beauty techniques, and I never imagined that one day I would be leading a team and managing an beauty college.

Like many young people, I once felt lost. I did not know where my future was heading, nor did I know what I was truly good at. I only knew that if I wanted to change my life, I had to start by improving myself.

So I did not think too much back then. Whenever there was an opportunity to learn, I would learn. Whenever there was a challenge, I would try. Whenever there was an opportunity, I would seize it.

From learning technical skills, serving clients, sales, teaching, to team management, I gradually built up my experience step by step.

Every stage of life comes with different priorities.

In my twenties, like many others, my main focus was to earn money quickly. However, I later realized that more important than earning money is building experience, developing skills, and strengthening problem-solving abilities.

Because at a young age, your greatest asset is not how much money you make, but how willing you are to try, learn, and grow.

In my thirties, I began to understand that what truly allows a person to go further in life is not just hard work, but professionalism and experience.

The skills I learned, the experience I gained in leading a team, and the ability I developed in handling challenges have all become my most valuable assets today.

Earning money is important, but when you have the right skills, abilities, and value, opportunities will naturally come to you.

From a beauty consultant who knew nothing at the beginning, to now becoming an educator and business leader, I have spent more than ten years continuously learning and growing.

If you are currently feeling lost about your future, I want to say this to you:

You do not need to have all the answers in life right now.

Focus on the present. Learn well, be brave to try, and continuously gain experience. Because everything you do today will never be wasted.

Life is not about comparing speed with others, but about continuously becoming a better version of yourself.

As long as you never stop learning and growing, your life will always have unlimited possibilities.

Finally, I would like to share one message with all young people:

“Earning money is important, but becoming valuable is even more important.”

When you continuously improve yourself and create value, the right opportunities and platforms will naturally appear in your life.
