《Keep trying, and never let yourself get stuck in the problem》

Hello everyone, I’m Hazel Mok. I’m a post-90s entrepreneur who habitually replaces anxiety with action. When I was a child, my father went through a period of unemployment. During that time, I started selling small items at school to earn pocket money, and it was then that I first experienced the joy of business and commerce.

After graduating in 2018, instead of joining my mother’s beauty business, I chose to forge my own path. I have been managing men’s clothing wholesale and retail for nearly a decade. Facing intense market competition and the pressure of managing thousands of inventory items, I do feel anxious when foot traffic is low. However, I never let myself drown in negative emotions—I simply sleep on it and continue figuring out solutions the next day.

In 2021, frustrated by a clothing printing manufacturer that made me wait far too long for delivery, I decisively bought my own machinery. What was meant to be a fix for my own issue surprisingly paved the way for a new business line: Uniform Printing. This keen ability to “turn a problem into a fresh opportunity” also taught me the importance of structured management—establishing clear boundaries between production, sales, and design—completing my transformation from a “friend” to a “mature leader.”

Recently, driven by passion, I stepped across industries to launch an Event Coffee Bar, providing live hand-drip coffee service for major corporate events and pop-up markets. To me today, entrepreneurship is about continually expanding the boundaries of life. Looking ahead, I hope to see our uniform business grow stronger, our men’s fashion brand successfully pivot, our coffee enterprise seamlessly connect with the market, and gradually build up my footprint in real estate investment.

When facing unknowns and setbacks, I never confine myself to self-imposed limits. After confiding in family or friends, I set out again with a fresh perspective.
