Every individual’s journey begins at a unique starting point, but my own life has always been driven by a foundational commitment to continuous learning, brave exploration, and constant self-breakthrough. I firmly believe that youth’s greatest advantage lies not merely in accumulated experience, but in the courage to take the first step into the unknown transforming every challenge into an opportunity for growth through a mindset of lifelong learning.
I am currently pursuing my Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, actively bridging academic theory with practical application. Entering the field of education with no prior experience, I was guided by a steadfast conviction that education possesses the power to shape lives and impact the future. Starting from the ground up, I joined VGRO EDUCATION GROUP (HQ) as a University Student XueDa Assistant, supporting curriculum execution and teacher coordination. Through this role, I developed a systematic understanding of educational management and operational dynamics, while cultivating professional competency, collaborative communication and organizational capabilities.
Subsequently, during my internship as a Programme Teacher at the SMART TALENT JUNIOR SDN. BHD.(HQ), I deepened my knowledge of educational psychology, child development, curriculum design, and classroom management. By implementing observational assessment, differentiated instruction, and game-based inquiry strategies, I guided young learners to develop critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills through autonomous exploration. This experience profoundly reinforced my realization that education is far more than the transfer of knowledge, it is a sacred, professional mission dedicated to nurturing life, inspiring potential, and shaping tomorrow.
Beyond my educational practice, I also serve as the Personal Assistant to the Founder of She Rises under RDN CONNECTIVITY GLOBAL, contributing to the development and international cooperation initiatives of this female empowerment platform. From executing brand projects to coordinating small-to-large-scale cross-sector events and interdepartmental workflows, I have continuously honed my capacity for organizational management, executive communication, and cross-disciplinary integration. Furthermore, engaging in dialogue with entrepreneurs, educators, and social leaders has broadened my perspectives on public leadership, social innovation, and sustainable development.
As a Malaysian Youth Representative, I had the privilege of representing my nation at the 4th ASEAN Youth Dialogue 2025. Alongside youth delegates across ASEAN, we engaged in dialogue on sustainable development, digital transformation, social inclusion, and youth empowerment, delivering policy recommendations directly to ASEAN leaders. This international exchange not only expanded my global perspective, but also reinforced my commitment to contributing youth leadership to regional governance, cross-cultural collaboration, and social innovation.
Looking ahead, I am dedicated to integrating my foundation in early childhood education, corporate practice, and international youth affairs. Through steady and meaningful progress, I aim to drive educational innovation, youth empowerment, and regional partnership creating value through knowledge, shaping the future through education, and connecting ASEAN through the voice of youth as we advance toward a more inclusive, innovative and sustainable era.
