What is success to you?

Hi, I’m Mille.

In the past, my definition of success was very clear—to be rich and high position. I believed money was the ultimate answer, so I worked relentlessly. No breaks. No pauses. Just climbing, learning, chasing, and running. By 30, I had already reached the peak of my corporate ladder as the Head of IT & Digital. To many, that was a dream. To me, it was proof that hard work does pay off.

But what did I really gain? Yes, I could fly to different countries. Yes, my lifestyle looked glamorous. But behind the scenes, I was never free. My “travel” was often just me, sitting in different hotel rooms, laptop open, chasing deadlines instead of scenery.

One day, I stumbled upon an article that hit me with an AHA moment. It said:

“Today, you may be the CEO of a company. But who are you after you resign?”

That line pierced my heart.

Because the truth is—when you’re at the top, people respect you, they follow you, they see you as a leader. But once the title is gone… what remains? Who will you be without the badge of success? That’s when I realized—I had built a career, but not a life.

So yes, I resigned from what many would call a “successful position.”

Opportunities came quickly. People pulled me in as their IT partner because of my past experience. I had amazing moments of collaboration, but reality struck—cash flow is the truth of any startup. I poured in all my savings, went into debt, and eventually had to cut losses on potential projects. Without funds, “high potential” could never become sustainable. It was tough. It was humbling.

A Different Question

Then, one day, a spiritual friend asked me: “Mille, what do you actually like?”

For the first time, I answered honestly: “Being an artist. An artist who can sit anywhere, express myself, and perform freely.”

When I started walking this new path, I discovered something beautiful—I could read people’s energy. I could create drawings that spoke to them, give them affirmations, and watch their eyes light up. At the same time, my design skills naturally supported me. I wasn’t just doing art—I was connecting with people, fulfilling their requests, and bringing their visions to life.

And ya, I used to chase success. Now, I create it—through every drawing, every design, every connection with another human being. And for the first time in my life, I feel truly rich.

Today, I channel this journey into my profession, helping companies build their brand stories. Especially for events, I believe every event is more than a gathering—it’s a living story that leaves an impression on everyone who attends. If you want your event to feel like a story worth remembering,

Let me help you craft it.

I’m Mille, and I’d love to be your brand consultant.
