Behind every disagreement lies far more than just a legal problem. There are unspoken emotions, unmet expectations, and trust that has slowly fractured over time. The warmth and coldness within people can only truly be understood by those who have lived through them.
In guiding individuals and entrepreneurs through some of the most pivotal moments of their lives and businesses, I have come to understand that professional knowledge alone is never enough. Love, empathy, and kindness carry equal weight. My work often extends beyond resolving legal issues, At moments of uncertainty, what clients seek most is clarity. They need someone who can help them see the essence of the problem, separate emotion from structure, and to make decisions with calm and strength.
The challenges I have faced, including personal hardship and difficult business partnerships, taught me that in our lowest moments, we must seek the right people, speak the right words, and take the right actions — like a beam of light breaking through darkness. It is through the cracks in our lives that light is able to enter. A simple shift in perspective can alter the direction of one’s journey. This belief has sustained me through the years of building and leading my firm.
My journey unfolded step by step, from supporting myself as a student, to treating every client’s case as if it were my own during my early years in practice, and eventually founding my firm with neither clients nor resources. I grew alongside my work, shaped by every challenge and strengthened by every responsibility entrusted to me. For the trust placed in me along the way, I remain profoundly grateful.
Though Vivien & Co. is a small firm, it carries a purpose that is deeply meaningful to me. We believe professionalism and humanity need not exist separately. Beyond providing sound legal advice, we strive to offer sincerity, understanding, and steady companionship.
