Staying True to Passion, Empowering Others Through Education

Many people believe that a full-time mom’s world revolves solely around family and children. But I’ve always held fast to this belief: motherhood does not define a woman’s limit—we can still chase growth and live out our full potential.

For 12 years, I built a career in the beauty industry, pushing through pressure to acquire clients door-to-door and dedicating myself to sales, carving out my own path in business. Yet amid the hustle, I faced a marital crisis. When pregnant with my third child, I had to step away from my career and return home as a full-time mother. It was a practical choice, but the fire of entrepreneurship never dimmed in my heart.

During those years, I balanced caring for my family while supporting my husband’s career. A lifelong learner, he often traveled to China for professional development, and I grew alongside him on every learning journey. Surrounded by ambitious, forward-thinking people who constantly strived to better themselves, I became more certain than ever: learning has the power to transform lives.

Our proactive mindset caught the attention of friends in the education sector, who invited us to collaborate on course promotion. Post-pandemic, we officially launched our education course promotion journey in Malaysia, stepping into the educational entrepreneurship space.

At the start, I partnered with fellow education professionals with full sincerity, confident that shared passion would carry us forward. But we soon clashed over conflicting visions and core values. I faced disrespect, had my efforts taken for granted, and felt deeply disheartened by unreciprocated dedication. For a time, I was trapped in self-doubt and even considered giving up entirely.

But through struggle and reflection, I learned a vital lesson: lasting partnerships are not built on shared interests, but on aligned core values. I made the bold decision to pivot my path, joining forces with my husband to focus on meaningful, purpose-driven education. We carefully curated a team of like-minded partners and mentors, staying unwavering to our mission of nurturing growth through education.

Today, I care far less about course profits and more about one thing: whether every single class truly helps others transform and thrive. Empowering one entrepreneur means supporting the families of their team members; lighting up more entrepreneurs creates a warmer, more supportive community.

This rings especially true for female entrepreneurs. We carry unique strength and vision—we don’t just rewrite our own life stories, but also nurture our children, shape our families, and pass on kindness and resilience.

Female strength is not about never feeling weak. It’s about holding onto kindness and moving forward courageously, even after weathering life’s storms and hardships. I am committed to building a bridge through education, passing on this spirit of resilience and growth to more people.

I am Jasmine Liang, a heart-centered educator. To every woman out there: may you hold onto your love for learning, stay true to your kind heart, and always have the courage to restart your journey and rewrite your story, no matter what life brings your way.
