《From Childcare Principal to Team Leader》
There was a time when my life seemed stable. I was a childcare principal, managing teachers, caring for children and carrying the responsibilities of running a school. From the outside, everything looked secure, but inside, I often felt limited by my income and the lack of room to grow.
Later, I stepped into e-commerce with no network, no resources and no sales experience. I started with only 15 boxes of products. My results were unstable, and I often questioned whether I was good enough. During the day, I managed the school; at night, I processed orders, attended training and learned from every mistake. I kept reminding myself: move slower if you need to, but do not stop.
Over time, I realised that business is not only about strategy — it is about becoming the right person. Coming from an education background, I began to see leadership as another form of teaching: helping people grow, building confidence and leading with sincerity.
From a childcare principal to an e-commerce entrepreneur, and eventually to leading a team that achieved million-level sales, the achievement I value most is not the numbers. It is the journey of growing together.
Today, I hope my story reminds every woman that temporary results do not define her future. Growth does not happen overnight. It happens when we choose to keep going, one step at a time.
We do not suddenly rise. We rise through every difficult season we choose not to give up on.
