In the health and wellness industry, many focus on selling products. I chose instead to build a sustainable ecosystem capable of creating long-term impact through education, empowerment, and transformation.

I am Dr. Miff, Principal of TRENDAcademy and Co-Founder of Trend Global International Sdn Bhd. With more than 18 years of experience in health education, professional training, and personal development, I have dedicated my career to advancing an integrated model that combines “Health × Education × Entrepreneurship” into a scalable and sustainable ecosystem.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to serve more than 50,000 individuals, while progressively building a comprehensive framework that integrates health products, education systems, and community-driven support. Beyond delivering health solutions, my mission has always been to cultivate health coaches, educators, and leaders who are able to create meaningful value and positively influence the lives of others.

However, the experience that most profoundly shaped my understanding of leadership and influence did not come from business, but from a deeply personal chapter in my life.

Many years ago, my younger brother was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer. During that difficult period, my family faced significant emotional and psychological challenges, and there were moments when he lost hope in continuing the fight. Fortunately, my background in health management enabled me to support him and my family by developing structured wellness and recovery strategies while providing continuous emotional support throughout his journey.

That experience fundamentally changed my perspective on healthcare and human impact. I came to realize that while knowledge and expertise can help solve problems, genuine care, compassion, and consistent support are what truly sustain and uplift lives.

My brother eventually recovered and today has a family of his own. That journey strengthened my conviction that my purpose extends beyond participating in the health industry — it is about helping people prevent challenges before they become crises, while empowering individuals to take ownership of their health, growth, and future.

Guided by this vision, together with my partner, Sany Low, we expanded beyond conventional health services into a more integrated ecosystem that combines E-Commerce, education systems, and digital entrepreneurship. This led to the development of TRENDAcademy, a platform designed not merely for education, but for long-term empowerment and capability building.

Through TRENDAcademy, we actively promote the government-recognized CHMDP (Certified Health Management with Digital Practitioner) certification program, equipping participants with systematic knowledge in health management, practical application skills, digital competencies, leadership development, and business monetization strategies.

Our objective is not only to educate individuals on health-related knowledge, but also to empower them to become problem-solvers, trusted advisors, and impactful leaders within their own communities. Participants learn how to build personal brands, create meaningful content, establish professional credibility, and transform knowledge into sustainable career opportunities and income streams.

I firmly believe that the health and education industries carry a greater responsibility beyond commercial value. Our role is not simply to provide solutions, but to equip individuals with the knowledge, mindset, and systems required to create sustainable transformation in their own lives. Rather than creating dependency, we focus on developing capability and independence.

At the same time, I strongly believe that continuous learning is essential for sustainable growth. Whether in health management, leadership, business strategy, or personal development, I remain committed to ongoing self-improvement because investing in oneself remains the most reliable long-term investment.

The core philosophy behind our organizational culture is simple yet powerful: transformation begins with the individual. When one person changes, a family can change. When families improve, communities and society progress collectively.

As a leader, I place equal importance on both performance and personal growth. Beyond measurable achievements, I aspire to create an environment where individuals gain clarity, confidence, and the ability to positively influence others through their own journey and transformation.

People often recognize professionalism as a strength, but I believe true influence goes beyond expertise alone. Genuine impact is created when people feel understood, supported, valued, and empowered to become the best version of themselves.
