My Life Journey and Reflections
Looking back on my life, I often ask myself a simple question: if I remain in my comfort zone for too long, does life truly hold meaning? My name is Li Liwei (Cassandra Lee), an ISF-certified international nutritionist. In 2019, I began working in the health food industry. Although my life was stable at the time, I gradually felt a sense of stagnation. I realized that without change, life would quietly lose its passion and purpose.
In order to challenge myself, I committed to spending two hours a day training at the gym alongside my work. Weightlifting, strength training, and high-intensity workouts became part of my daily routine. Fitness was not only about maintaining my physique, but also a form of self-discipline and inner growth. Through sweat and persistence, I learned that true strength is built through consistency and determination.
In 2023, I took a bold step into entrepreneurship by investing in renewable energy projects, including telecommunications and energy sectors, and assumed the role of Marketing Director. This transition marked not only a shift in my career, but also a reflection of my values. Renewable energy represents my belief that business innovation and environmental protection can coexist, creating long-term impact and social responsibility.
From 2024 onward, I stepped onto international cultural and pageantry stages. On November 19, 2024, I was awarded Second Runner-Up and Best Catwalk at Mrs. Gaia World. In 2025, I proudly served as Ms. Cheongsam Ambassador and achieved notable results in several international competitions. These honors were not gained overnight, but were the result of years of discipline, resilience, and self-belief.
In the past, my world was narrow, and my stories were told only through baking photos. Today, my work and experiences have expanded, and many meaningful moments deserve to be recorded and remembered.
Today, I firmly believe that the true value of life lies not in titles or accolades, but in the courage to step beyond comfort, embrace growth, and continuously redefine one’s own journey.
