Part 1: Past Experiences and Challenges
Born in 1984 in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Malaysia, I grew up as an only child starved for parental attention. In my early thirties, life dealt me devastating blows: my 10-month-old daughter was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma, and I spent six agonizing months watching her endure brutal chemotherapy and surgeries. Simultaneously, my marriage collapsed due to infidelity, and I faced severe corporate hostility in a family business feud. It was a period of absolute helplessness and darkness, looking at my sick child and shattered life, with nowhere to run.
Part 2: Current State and Transformation
The turning point came when corporate despair forced me to take a leap of faith, coupled with my mother’s comforting words, “Just come home,” when I chose to divorce. Fueled by my children’s resilience and my parents’ backing, I wiped away my tears and dived into digital e-commerce across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to build my own business. From tirelessly pitching to merchants to training live hosts, I rebuilt my life step by step. Today, I have reclaimed my independence, financial freedom, and voice. I am most grateful for my courage to walk away with my two daughters; those trials upgraded my life experience and forged an unshakeable confidence within me.
Part 3: Message and Blessing for the Future
This journey taught me that the essence of business is service, and the essence of life is altruism. Today, I am dedicated to “teaching people how to fish,” providing product supply chains and digital skills to the impoverished, single parents, and lost individuals to help them monetize online and change their fates. If a woman who is currently trapped in her own valley is reading this, I want to tell you: “As long as you walk a righteous path, never fear what others say. Do not regret any decision; let your true heart decide. You only live once—as long as you are willing to work hard, nothing can truly break you. Love yourself, be yourself, and you will eventually bloom!”
