Rediscovering Myself, Where Life Truly Begins
—— From the Fear of Death to Learning to Live for Myself
For more than twenty years, I dedicated my life to being a full-time homemaker and the mother of four children. I devoted myself to caring for my family and fulfilling the roles of wife, mother, and caregiver. Along the way, I gradually lost sight of who I was, constantly seeking approval and validation from others.
A Life-Changing Illness That Awakened My Soul
In February 2025, I was diagnosed with a congenital vascular condition. Faced with an uncertain future, I was overwhelmed by the fear of death and the unknown, so I chose to undergo surgery. However, my recovery did not unfold as I had hoped.
During that difficult period, I paused for the first time and asked myself:
“ If my life were truly limited, what would I leave behind in this world?”
Only one answer echoed in my heart:
“I don’t want this journey through life to be in vain.”
From Healing Myself to Illuminating Lives
To rediscover myself, I returned to the path of sound healing. At first, I simply hoped to heal my body. Yet through every sound healing session and every moment of self-reflection, I realized that what truly needed healing was not just my body, but the part of me that feared criticism, longed for approval, and lacked self-confidence.
I finally understood that no one has truly lived my life. Others may have their own opinions, but they do not define my worth. From that moment on, I began learning to know myself, accept myself, and courageously live as my authentic self.
Living Authentically, Sharing the Warmth of Healing
Later, I devoted myself to offering sound healing. I am deeply grateful to my teacher and his wife for providing a volunteer healing platform, where I have been given the opportunity to accompany and support people in need through sound healing. Serving others has allowed me to continue learning, growing, and deepening my commitment to this healing path.
Each time I witness someone transform from tension to relaxation, from tears to renewed smiles, my belief grows even stronger:
When one person chooses to heal themselves, that healing becomes a light that can warm and inspire many others.
Today, my children have grown up. With love and blessings, I have learned to let go and allow them to write their own life stories. As for me, I have finally found the courage to walk my own path.
I was once lost in the fear of death. Today, I long to learn how to truly and passionately embrace life.
I believe that every woman’s true rise is not about becoming perfect in the eyes of others. It is about rediscovering herself, believing in herself, and choosing to live authentically despite life’s ups and downs.
If life is truly limited, I hope to leave behind not only my story, but also the courage to inspire more women to become their true selves.
This journey of life has not been in vain.
