I started from zero.
In 2014, at the age of 38 years old,
I was a housewife for 13 years,
and a mother of four daughters.
That year, I took my very first step into entrepreneurship —
entering the beauty industry.
The reason was simple:
When my husband faced difficulties in his career,
as his wife, I was unable to support him financially.
At that moment, I realized —
I could no longer stay where I was.
Back then,
I knew nothing about the beauty industry.
No skills, no background, no mentor.
But I had one choice —
I refused to stay stuck for the rest of my life.
So, for my family,
I pushed myself to step out.
To face challenges, to try, to fall, and rise again.
To look for opportunities, to meet more people.
To be shaped and changed through real-life experiences.
Along this journey,
I met the right people, and also the wrong ones.
I learned to stay humble,
to admit my mistakes,
and to reflect on myself through every setback.
Slowly,
I was no longer the weak person I used to be.
I began to be trusted,
recognized, chosen, and respected.
This path was not easy.
But I made it through.
And I know clearly —
I cannot stop.
Because if I stop,
all those days I fought through would lose their meaning.
I am deeply grateful
for the support of my family, especially my husband.
We are not a wealthy family,
and we had no backing.
But because of that,
I chose to keep going.
I am also grateful
to have met a group of like-minded partners — TEN SCIENCE.
They taught me that
true professionalism is not about doing more,
but about consistency and focus.
That is why I chose —
to specialize, to stay focused on one thing:
FOCUS ON TEN SCIENCE (an Italian imported brand).
Through this commitment,
I gradually built this brand in Johor Bahru.
At Brenda Beauty & Slimming,
we became one of the only teams locally dedicated to promoting this brand.
At the same time,
I created my own products:
UV CARE SPF30 Sunscreen Series
and Hyaluronic Acid Natural Silk Masks.
Because I believe —
value is built on trust over time.
I am a mother of four daughters.
For them,
I constantly push myself to grow, to change, to become better.
I want to pave the way for them,
even though I started with nothing.
Along this journey,
I was looked down upon, misunderstood, and rejected.
12 years of experience
have shown me human nature and reality.
But none of these broke me.
Instead, they made me stronger and clearer about my direction.
I have always believed —
A person must learn:
gratitude, respect, responsibility, and continuous learning.
More importantly —
to face oneself honestly,
and to change the wrong attitudes and habits.
Because true growth
is not about becoming more powerful,
but becoming more aware.
