《Loving Life Is the Truest Form of Youth》

At 76 years old, many people may see this stage of life as a time to retire, slow down, and enjoy a peaceful and comfortable life. But to me, age has never been a limitation. Instead, it marks the beginning of another new chapter of life.

When I was young, driven by determination and an unwillingness to give up, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey in Singapore. Step by step, I expanded my business into China and built my own business empire, with the company eventually growing to a workforce of several thousand employees.

Throughout the journey, I experienced the challenges of entrepreneurship, the uncertainties of the market, and the joy of success. These experiences taught me that success is never accidental. It comes from continuous learning, the courage to break through our limitations, and the determination to never give up in the face of adversity.

At the age of 64, an unexpected incident completely changed my perspective on life.

During a business trip, I suffered a sudden cerebral blood vessel rupture while on an airplane. My life was in critical danger. After receiving emergency medical treatment, I was fortunate to survive and was given a second chance at life.

It was only after facing death that I truly understood something I had perhaps taken for granted before: no matter how successful our careers may be, or how much wealth and achievement we may have accumulated, everything can lose its meaning in an instant if we lose our health.

That experience made me reflect deeply when I eventually reached what many would consider retirement age. Instead of choosing to stop, I began to ask myself: What more can I do with the life I have been given? How can I use my experience to help others?

I decided to begin again and dedicate myself to women’s health.

I have always believed that a woman is the sun of her family. When a woman is healthy, confident, and filled with positive energy, she not only illuminates her own life but also brings warmth and strength to her entire family.

Therefore, I wanted to transform the wisdom and experience I had accumulated over decades into something that could empower and benefit more women.

To better serve others in a professional capacity, I refused to let my age become a reason to stop learning. I continued my studies and successfully obtained a professional diploma in Nutrition.

To me, learning has no age limit. As long as we remain willing to grow, we can always begin again—at any stage of life.

Over the years, I have continued to connect with people from all walks of life, sharing knowledge about health and encouraging more women to understand their bodies and take greater responsibility for their well-being. More importantly, I hope to inspire them to rediscover their passion for life.

I have always believed that the most powerful form of influence is not convincing others through words, but becoming an example through the way we live.

Today, I continue to learn, work, and share at 76 years old. Most importantly, I remain deeply passionate about life.

I have experienced the heights of entrepreneurship and faced a life-threatening encounter with death. Through it all, I have come to understand more deeply that true youth is not defined by age, but by the willingness to continue loving life, no matter how many years we have lived.

And true success is not measured simply by the wealth we accumulate, but by our ability to help others live healthier, better, and more meaningful lives.

Looking ahead, I hope to continue using my own life to inspire and positively influence the lives of others—to help people, give back to society, and continue becoming a better version of myself.

Health is the most precious wealth in life.

To influence lives, improve oneself, help others, and give back to society—with a heart full of gratitude. This is the greatest work and purpose of my life.
