She Rises — When the World Tried to Break Me, I Chose to Rise

Eighteen years ago, I was just a young girl with no background, no direction, and no clear path ahead.
A friend from my small hometown recommended me to a beauty salon, and that simple introduction became the beginning of my transformation.

I started from the most basic administrative tasks, then became a beautician, a store manager, and eventually a beauty consultant.
None of it came from talent—it came from learning, persistence, and the willingness to grow.

For ten years, I lived a steady life: working hard, buying a home, getting married, and welcoming my daughter.
I thought my life would continue in this simple, peaceful happiness.

Until life began tearing me apart, piece by piece.

In 2015, my father passed away after a car accident.
A part of me was taken away forever.

Then came the passing of my grandfather,Loss after loss, I was forced to learn the cruel lesson of “letting go.”

But the deepest wound came in 2018.
The man who loved me for 17 years, who cared for me with all his heart, lost his battle with cancer.

My world collapsed.
The future disappeared.
Even breathing felt heavy.

Everyone thought I would break.
But I chose to rise.

I enrolled in a Master’s degree in Business Administration—not because I wasn’t hurting, but because I knew that if I didn’t stand up for myself, my story would forever remain in sorrow.

Learning became my anchor.
Reflection became my healing.
And slowly, I rebuilt myself.

I told myself:
“Loss broke me, but growth rebuilt me.”

My life has always been an exploration of beauty—inner beauty, outer beauty, and the beauty of transformation.

Since 2006, I have witnessed and contributed to the rise, challenges, and transformation of the beauty industry.
From frontline operations to management, from execution to strategy, I gained comprehensive insights across the entire value chain.

I believe beauty must be supported by strong business intelligence.
This belief led me to pursue dual international Master’s degrees and expand my horizons through study tours in France, Korea, China, and beyond—bringing global concepts and technologies back to the local market.
