I am Momoco Loh, a beautiful woman born in the 70s, from the small town of Kuala Selangor. In 2025, this is what turning 50 looks like for me.
“Momoco Loh” is my stage name in the entertainment world. With over 20 years of stage experience in singing and dancing, both locally and internationally, every performance has been the result of my relentless effort and a touch of luck. My career was smooth and my audience connection was strong, but behind the spotlight, I endured workplace bullying, betrayal from friends, jealousy from teammates, and heartbreak in relationships. Eventually, I became a single mother.
Whenever life became too heavy to bear, I nearly gave up—yet every time, I was pulled back from the edge. That’s when I made a vow to myself: no matter what industry I am in, I must hold on to three things—my professionalism, my integrity, and the belief that every morning I wake up is a rebirth. With faith as my anchor and courage as my strength, I learned to embrace every experience, turning effort into empowerment, and transforming my light into something limitless.
I love watching movies—films from all over the world. My family often asks me, just as you might: Are they really worth watching?
Yes, they are. Movies are like windows into life, humanity, and the world itself. Through them, I learned to organize my thoughts, manage relationships, create space in my emotions, and bring order to chaos. This clarity gave me a focused energy and a piercing strength to face challenges. I came to believe that everything happens for a reason—good or bad, every experience teaches us something. The moment we choose to shift perspective is the moment of awakening.
Looking back, I now see all those struggles as seeds of mindfulness and inner protection. Living with awareness allows me to feel what uplifts me, and naturally, to step away from what drains me. By internalizing my experiences into wisdom, I can move forward with clarity, discerning what truly serves my life.
At every stage of life, wisdom is essential. Learn to cherish the simple joys—spending time with friends, exploring city streets, capturing everyday moments. Make life abundant and fulfilling. Create your own list of dreams to accomplish. True existence is simply living well and embracing every moment of love and happiness. Remember to honor your journey, because so many wonders await us—especially after turning 50.
The rest of my life, I live as Mrs. Yu.
I choose to write my story with a beautiful ending.
I am the one who loves you.
