《Protecting Investments, Empowering Others: The Story Of A Lotus In Full Bloom》
Every woman is born with a sacred mission. My journey has not been a path of roses, but one shaped by quiet transitions, courageous turning points, and moments when I had to begin again from zero.
As a woman of faith walking with God, I look back on every hardship with gratitude, trusting that every detour and trial has been part of His sovereign plan. The image that best reflects my faith and philosophy is the lotus—a flower that rises from dark mud and reaches toward the light, blooming with beauty and releasing its fragrance.
My journey of independence began at thirteen, when I left my biological family and became an adopted child in an intellectual family in Hanoi, Vietnam. Though this early separation was painful, Hanoi and that nurturing environment quietly shaped my foundation, strengthening my mind, resilience, and ability to stand independently.
At twenty-eight, I stepped beyond another comfort zone, leaving Hanoi for Malaysia to build a family and a new life. Facing language barriers, cultural differences, and the loneliness of being an immigrant, I found courage through faith and entered the path of social activism.
For the next fifteen years, I devoted myself to supporting vulnerable workers in Malaysian factories. I learned to carry my own tears quietly while standing beside others, seeking justice, dignity, and hope for those who needed a voice.
Later, I entered the business world and built my own company. Yet after pouring my heart into it, I faced a severe downturn and watched the business I had treasured gradually disappear. Losing a career I had worked so hard to build was deeply painful. It felt like being submerged in the darkest mud.
But my faith kept me standing.
I came to understand that what was lost was not the end, but preparation—a necessary pause before another season of growth and harvest.
Like the lotus, I learned not to become defined by the mud. When one door closed, I stepped back, embraced myself with greater compassion, and discovered that my greatest asset was never a title or outward success, but a refined soul and an empathetic heart.
Today, I continue serving as a Social Compliance Auditor, supporting charitable work, and nurturing a wellness lifestyle through G-Harvest. Through my work with whole-blossom lotus flower tea and Vietnam-made organic products, I have found a meaningful connection between nature, healing, and purpose.
Every time a lotus blooms in a warm cup of tea, I see my own story reflected in it. We may have to pass through deep mud and difficult seasons, but those experiences can prepare us to release our most beautiful fragrance.
This is my Harvest of Grace.
