《Elevate Yourself, Break The Circle, And Grow》

I’m May Gan. I hope to use my experience and the ecosystem I have built to help businesses grow with stronger positioning, more effective customer acquisition, better sales conversion and deeper long-term relationships.

Over the past 14 years in the automotive industry, I have worked my way from the frontline as a Sales Advisor to becoming a Marketing & Brand Consultant. Throughout this journey, I learned an important lesson: Behind every transaction, there is never just a cold number. There is always a relationship — built on people, connection and trust.

Many people know me through automotive sales. But as I gained more experience, I gradually realised that my real strength was not simply selling a car. It was helping businesses understand how they should position themselves, helping their brands become more visible, and helping customers move from awareness to trust and eventually to purchase.

I was fortunate to enter the world of self-media relatively early, gradually building valuable digital assets and practical experience in content marketing. Later, my team and I began helping automotive businesses create content, strengthen their online presence and communicate their value more clearly to the market.

But we were never interested in chasing empty traffic or vanity metrics. We focused on whether marketing could create real business outcomes — generating stronger enquiries, improving customer trust, supporting sales teams and increasing the possibility of conversion.

From brand positioning and content planning to customer communication, lead nurturing and sales conversion, we gradually developed a more complete brand-sales cycle. Our goal is to help businesses connect marketing with actual sales, rather than treating content and advertising as isolated activities. Because I have always believed: The final destination of marketing is not exposure. It is trust and conversion.

Over time, my work expanded beyond marketing. I began building what I call a Business Connection Ecosystem. By integrating business associations, communities and cross-industry networks, I hope to help businesses gain access not only to customers, but also to partnerships, referrals, market opportunities and valuable business connections.

For me, business impact is not simply helping a company become more visible. It is helping the business build a clearer market position, create a more consistent customer journey, strengthen its conversion process and develop relationships that can continue generating value over time.

But the true turning point in my life came from a difficult chapter — my marriage. That experience forced me to re-examine myself and made me realise that I could not allow my future to depend on a single industry, a single role or a single definition of who I was.

The setback did not defeat me. Instead, it gave me a clearer sense of purpose: to help more businesses — especially women entrepreneurs — build their visibility, strengthen their business foundations and develop a voice that allows them to compete with greater confidence in the digital era.

We are living in an age where content has become one of the most powerful forms of influence. Short-form video and knowledge sharing are no longer simply one-off advertisements. When done with authenticity and consistency, they become long-term assets that build credibility, attract the right audience and support future business opportunities.

There is something I often remind myself and the people around me: “Before a major crisis arrives, elevate yourself and break beyond your existing circle.”

Breaking the circle does more than change what you can see. It can expand your network, expose you to new opportunities and change the direction of your future.

When you begin to see a larger world and still choose to keep moving forward, that is where true growth begins.
