Starting from brand supply support to co-founding our business with my husband in 2014—entering the market as agents for premium Japanese salon brands—we evolved from romantic partners into business allies. For years, I was accustomed to operating behind the scenes, managing operations and teams. However, as the market evolved, I stepped out of my comfort zone to take center stage. By refining my market articulation and strategic business thinking, I achieved a personal transformation from a behind-the-scenes manager into a decisive beauty industry leader.

2016: We strategically transitioned into a beauty business consulting firm, addressing core operational pain points directly within salons.
2020: In response to growing environmental and wellness trends, we pioneered the introduction of effective, organic product lines from Italy.
2023: Facing intense price competition and declining salon revenues, we seized a emerging market segment by introducing scalp and skin management into hair salons, guiding partners step-by-step to achieve zero-to-one cross-industry upgrades.
We are no longer merely traditional product suppliers; we are comprehensive beauty business solution providers. By integrating multi-dimensional services, we have broken the single-revenue model of traditional salons, fundamentally resolving the industry’s continuous operational vulnerability.
